ENERGY EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES LIMITED (EES) is an Oil and Gas Services Support and Mechanical Engineering Company dedicated to providing comprehensive range of services to all Oil and Gas including non Oil and Gas industries.  

Energy Equipment and Services Ltd is a Nigerian incorporated Company founded in 1992 with a blend of local and expatriate management.  The Company occupies an area of 10,000 SQM at the Federal Lighter Terminal, (FLT) ONNE with operational facilities.  Furthermore, EES is licensed by the Nigerian Customs Services to act as Free Zone Operator and to make Self Clearing for all its imported materials.

From January 2007 the Company shareholders are all Nigerians, and then ENERGY EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES LIMITED became fully compliant with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) directive on Local Content.
