ENERGY EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES LIMITED (EES) is an Oil and Gas Services Support and Mechanical Engineering Company dedicated to providing comprehensive range of services to all Oil and Gas including non Oil and Gas industries. Energy Equipment and Services Ltd is a Nigerian incorporated Company founded in 1992 with a blend of local and expatriate management. The Company has been granted an area of 10,000 SQM at the Federal Lighter Terminal, (FLT) ONNE with operational facilities.

Furthermore, EES is licensed by the Nigerian Customs Services to act as Free Zone Operator and to make Self Clearing for all its imported materials. From January 2007 the Company shareholders are all Nigerians, then ENERGY EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES LIMITED is fully complying with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) directive on Local Content.

	Valvitalia Group Italy based Company that is specialized in the manufacturing and refurbishment of valves including valve spares.
	CHIMEC SpA Italy based Chemical Company that manufactures and supplies Chemical Products and also specializes in the treatment of hydrocarbon and water with large experiences on corrosion assessment.
	ABB PS&S This is an International EPIC Contractor that delivers the main integrated Project Solutions in the Oil and Gas industries with important specialization on Modularization of completed Systems. Energy Equipment and Services Ltd is the Logistic Coordinator of their activities in Nigeria.
	CITADEL SECURITY PRODUCT LIMITED Citadel is an independent, fully integrated British security Company formed specifically to manufacture, supply and install security products (like fencing materials, Monitoring equipment / facilities and software, including Access Control) for use even against the threats of vandalism, theft, civil disorder and terrorism. Energy Equipment and Services Ltd is the representative and responsible for the marketing of these products in Nigeria.
	PELLEGRINI CATERING OVERSEAS S.A Pellegrini Catering Overseas S.A is a highly reputable international catering Company, providing catering (local and international cuisines) and hospitality services, to offshore and onshore facilities all over the world.
